Which documents should I upload?
Upload any relevant supporting documents such as bills, discharge summaries, photos, policy copies, or other evidence that helps explain the claim.
How big can the uploads be?
The total upload size can be up to 5 MB. The limit is enforced on the page and again on the server.
Will I get a ticket number?
Yes. MK INSURE generates a ticket number for every submission and emails it back to the claimant as acknowledgement.
