You share your details, an advisor compares plans across insurers, and we recommend options that match your health, budget, and coverage goals. We stay with you through paperwork, issuance, and claims.

Do you charge for advice?+

No. Guidance, plan comparisons, and claims help are free. We are paid by insurers, but our advisors are incentivized on customer outcomes, not on specific products.

Can I talk to a human before deciding?+

Yes. Every quote is paired with a licensed advisor who can explain benefits, exclusions, waiting periods, and the real-world claims process before you buy.

What you should know

How fast can I get a quote?+

Most quotes are shared within 42 minutes on working days. Complex medical disclosures may need an additional call to finalize the premium.

What documents are required?+

For health: PAN, Aadhaar, and basic medical history. For motor: RC, previous policy (if any), and a quick vehicle photo. For life: income proof and ID/address proof.

Can I switch insurers at renewal?+

Yes. We help with portability for health plans and NCB transfers for motor policies so you keep your benefits when you move to a better-fit plan.

Claims & support

What you should know

Do you help with claims?+

Yes. We prepare the claim file, share hospital coordination scripts, and track progress with the insurer. For cashless claims we aim for pre-authorization within a few hours.

What if a claim is delayed?+

We escalate with the insurer and TPA, document every interaction, and keep you updated. Our average full settlement for critical illness cases has been 11 days.

How do I reach support after hours?+

WhatsApp and email support run 9amโ€“1am IST. For hospital admissions, you can message us anytime and we will prioritize your case first thing.
